224 Brambles Chine is a self catering single storey bungalow on a largely level site.
The bungalow access is approximately 15 metres from a tarmaced road with a concrete pathway to the front door.
There are no external steps around the bungalow, the only trip hazard is the front door frame (approx 15cm). The property is not adapted in any way for wheelchair users.
Minimum internal door width is 71 cm.
There is a normal size bath and shower attachment with no modifications for disabled access.
Access to the beach is via steep steps or a steep slipway.
The nearest bus stop is a 10-15minute walk away along Brambles Lane, and access to the site is via an uneven unadopted road with occasional pot holes and unmarked ramps.
The Lymington to Yarmouth Ferry is approximately 5 km. away and taxi's are usually available.
